SKChain is looking for a Director of Operations

We are hiring an experienced Director of Operations to lead the daily activities at SKchain. The new director will be responsible for leading the department managers by improving efficiency, implementing procedures, and coaching. Some of their responsibilities will be to: - Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. - Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. - Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. - Together with the HR department: hiring and training of the employees, making sure they have the requested level of knowledge and adhere to the company ethos. The person we are looking for needs to have excellent organizational and leadership skills and outstanding communication abilities.
