Community Manager for NFT Project (long term role)

Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement:

   • Foster a positive and inclusive community culture.

   • Actively engage with community members on social media platforms, forums, and other relevant channels.

   • Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

   • Encourage discussions, collaborations, and knowledge-sharing within the community.

2. Content Creation:

   • Generate and curate content that aligns with the interests of the NFT community.

   • Develop engaging and informative posts, newsletters, and updates.

   • Collaborate with artists and influencers within the NFT space to create compelling content.

3. Event Planning:

   • Organize and promote virtual and in-person events, including webinars, AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), and community meetups.

   • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

   • Seek partnerships and collaborations to enhance community events.

4. Moderation:

   • Monitor community forums and social media channels to ensure adherence to community guidelines.

   • Address and resolve conflicts or issues within the community.

   • Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a safe and respectful community environment.

5. Feedback Gathering:

   • Act as a liaison between the community and internal teams, gathering valuable feedback.

   • Provide insights and suggestions for improvements based on community sentiments.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a community manager or similar role.

2. Deep understanding and passion for the NFT space and digital art.

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Ability to multitask and manage various community-related projects simultaneously.

5. Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trends.

6. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

7. Knowledge of social media platforms, community forums, and relevant online spaces.

Preferred:

1. Experience working with NFT marketplaces.

2. Previous experience in digital marketing or content creation.

3. Connections within the NFT community.
