Senior Blockchain Developer/CTO Competitive Salary Blockchain start-up Remotely I’m working with a dynamic new blockchain start-up company that’s looking for a Senior Blockchain Developer who will ultimately become the CTO of the business. You will be relied upon to lay technical foundations and come up with a strategy that can take the business to the next level. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Proficient in working with smart contract development/management tools. Good understanding of blockchain test tools. Managing people, as the team grows. Leading the development of smart contracts and the performance of blockchain integration with existing applications. Creating an executing a technical strategy in a start-up environment Establishing and maintaining the environments in which blockchain solutions can be implemented, including development, testing, and production environments. We are looking for the following: A blockchain engineer with a demonstrable track record of success Having publicly viewable smart contracts or web3 applications and being able to step through your implementation considerations will be required. Ability to design and implement smart contracts on at least one major blockchain is a must. Experience of managing people would be advantageous Degree qualified Exposure to a start-up environment would be desirable
